Shipping policy
Orders are processed after availability and delivery details are confirmed. Hooghly district orders receive free delivery. Kolkata orders receive free delivery when the order subtotal is above ₹1,000. Other locations are charged ₹150 per 2 kg slab based on total product weight. Delivery timing can vary by location and courier conditions.
Cancellation & returns
Contact HOMIXHUB as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Return or replacement requests should be raised promptly for damaged, incorrect or materially defective items, with clear photos/videos where requested. Eligibility can depend on the product and condition.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund method and timeline will be communicated during resolution. Shipping charges, where applicable, may be treated separately depending on the reason for the return.
Privacy policy
HOMIXHUB may collect information you provide during checkout or enquiries, such as your name, phone number, delivery address and order details. This information is used to process orders, provide support and communicate about your enquiry. We do not ask customers to share passwords, OTPs or banking PINs through WhatsApp.
